BEYOND THE DARKNESS

An old man travels a difficult path during a long, almost sacred night, to save his son who was wounded in a foreign war. Desperate, the father confesses that he wouldn’t have undertaken this dangerous journey for him, as the son betrayed his family by going to war against his own tribe. After a long journey, at dawn they reach the hills of the village, but Ben passes away unnoticed, not giving his father the final chance to bring him alive to the village.
